Call My Agent

A phone number elderly people call to talk to their own AI agent. No app, no smartphone.

Little Richard's dashboard. Every call is scored and annotated by a second model, so the system keeps improving itself. I can ask it questions about its own data in plain language and monitor every caller. And it is growing on its own — 4 new strangers joined in 2 days, entirely through word-of-mouth referrals.

The problem

The people who could benefit most from a capable AI assistant — the elderly — will never download an app or learn a new interface. The one interface they already trust is a phone call.

Approach

  • Made the phone call the entire product: dial a number and a warm, patient voice answers, with no signup, app or smartphone required.
  • Split the architecture into one shared brain and toolset for everyone, plus a private per-caller store for memory, preferences and follow-ups.
  • Delivered slow work without dead air — research runs asynchronously while you talk and arrives by email or text, so the caller never waits on hold.
  • Built reliability in: structured tool-use for anything that must be correct, and a second model that scores every call so failures come back to me as a daily digest.
